  • Dispatch Days: Orders are dispatched Monday to Saturday, excluding UAE public holidays.
  • Personalized or Custom Orders: If your order requires personalization, additional processing time may apply.

3. Delivery Timelines

  • UAE Orders: 1-3 business days from dispatch.
  • International Orders: 5-10 business days, depending on the destination and customs clearance.

4. Shipping Fees

  • UAE Standard Shipping: calculated at checkout based on your order size and location.

7. Lost, Damaged, or Missing Items
