1. Returns Policy
To maintain the integrity of our luxury perfumes, we do not accept returns, except in the following cases:
- Defective or Damaged Products: If the item is received in a damaged, leaking, or defective condition, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Incorrect Product Received: If you receive the wrong product, you must report it within 72 hours of receiving your order.
- Eligibility for Returns:
- The product must remain unopened, unused, and in its original condition.
- The original packaging, seal, and all included accessories must be intact.
- Returns will not be accepted for products that show signs of use, tampering, or damage caused after delivery.

- Photographic or video evidence of the damaged or incorrect product.

Upon review and approval, we will provide you with return instructions and a designated return address.
2. Refund Policy
Refunds are only issued in the following cases:
- A product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
- An incorrect item was sent and the correct replacement is unavailable.
Refund Process
- Once your return request is approved, our team will inspect the product.
- If deemed eligible, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
- Refunds will only cover the product cost; shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue is due to Luxevoile’s error.
Note: Refunds will not be provided for:
- Change of mind or personal preference.
- Products damaged due to improper storage or handling after delivery.
