Exchange and Returns

At Luxevoile, we take pride in offering exceptional luxury perfumes through our exclusive brands Khimaar and Velmoir. To maintain the highest quality standards, we have established a strict yet fair Exchange & Returns Policy.

By placing an order with Luxevoile, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Exchange Policy

We allow product exchanges under the following conditions:

Eligibility: Items may be exchanged within 7 days of delivery, subject to stock availability.
Exchange Reasons: Exchanges are permitted only for the same product in case of:
- A defective or damaged item.
- An incorrect item received.
Product Condition: The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition, including:
- Sealed packaging.
- Unworn and undamaged bottle/spray mechanism.
- All included accessories (if applicable).
Sale & Promotional Items: Products purchased on sale or during special promotions are not eligible for exchange.
Shipping Costs:
- If the exchange is due to an error from our side (incorrect or defective item), Luxevoile will cover the shipping costs.
- For any other exchange requests, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

3. International Orders

Exchanges and returns are not available for international orders, except in cases of damaged or incorrect products.
Any customs duties or taxes paid for international orders are non-refundable.

4. Lost Shipments

If your order is lost in transit, please contact us at connect@Luxevoile.com with your order details and tracking information. We will conduct an inquiry with our shipping partner, and if your claim is verified, we will reship your order at no additional cost.
